Well hey there. I'm Ethan.

I'm a full stack software developer. Recently I worked on:

Loading goodness...

AT&T Custom App

AT&T needed a virtual merch table for the NBA draft, complete with secure QR codes and a custom admin dashboard. A deceptively simple frontend ran on a backend containing a complex system of prize and user management.

Providence Health Care Job Resources

From 2024-2026, I helped migrate the CMS from Strapi to Directus, built new and updated old components, created and staged up-to-date content, and redesigned the home page to this site under the Providence Health Care umbrella.

John Deere AI Videos

John Deere wanted an interactive experience where users could see themselves on the job site, but needed it quickly. I built all of the frontend in a week and helped leverage Google Gemini and ffmpeg on the backend to create a unique AI video to share.

Pepsi Super Bowl Boil Contest

Pepsi wanted to promote Louisiana cooking by running a contest to pit two restaurants head to head for a Super Bowl Boil. Users were able to vote in the first phase, and then register for the event in the second phase, all utilizing AWS Cloud infrastructure.

Warriors On Board

The Wounded Warrior Project needed a custom Wordpress site to showcase their veteran-designed skateboards, profile the artists, and offer visitors the chance to win the boards.

AI Faceswapping Booth

Progressive wanted an interactive booth for the Professional Bull Riders circuit where users leveraged AI and insert themselves into various photo scenarios. It needed to be offline and mobile, a feat accomplished with a custom app and a macMini.

Sun Valley Writers Conference

I provided ongoing support and redesigns for the SVWC Wordpress site from 2024-2026. This one was fun because I utilized Advanced Custom Fields and a Sage theme to create reusable, stylish components throughout the many pages that would otherwise be restricted by Wordpress.

State Farm Charity Run

This was a entire media app baked into a small event. Users would register and create new accounts, be able to upload photos to appear on the home page, track daily miles, earn achievements, form teams, and even chat with other users. This one took advantage of many AWS Cloud resources.

Stevens Clay Redesign

This is the first professional project I have worked on that utilized Squarespace. They came to us needing a website redesign, but wanted the ability to maintain it after we were finished. It was settled that Squarespace would be the best solution.
